Introducing Merlin Fundraising and Management Consultants Ltd

Merlin prides itself on the experience of its Directors who between them have in excess of 45 years' experience in the sector.  In addition, they have worked together successfully for over 19 years making them a tried and tested team.  Another of Merlin's strengths is that their consultants have a background where they have been used to hands on work as fundraisers and have held senior positions as managers leading and directing teams of fundraisers as well as trainers of fundraisers and associated staff and volunteers. 

David Wing
Director and Lead Consultant

A self-starter with over 26 years experience in the voluntary sector, David is a Director of Merlin Fundraising & Management Consultants Ltd, which he formed in 1998 following a successful career in the sector.

David describes his style as 'hands on' leadership, building teams and directing them to implement an agreed plan of action.

David's interests when he has the time include music and cars.

 

 

Gill Jolly BSc (Hons), MInstF (cert)
Director and Lead Consultant

Gill has an extensive range of experience and knowledge
having been involved in professional fundraising for over 20 years as a fundraiser, manager, director and trainer.

She has worked at a senior level in 'Top 10' charities as well as working with a range of smaller and medium sized international, national, regional and local charities.

 

Gill is also Merlin Fundraising and Management
Consultants lead trainer and a licensed assessor for the
Institute of Fundraising’s Certificate in Fundraising Management (CiFM) as well as an approved tutor with the OU business school.
